About Florian Engel

Florian Engel is a passionate campaigner and fundraiser. He is the co-founder and managing director at More Onion, the digital mobilisation agency.

Since 2009, his company has supported hundreds of charities, unions and campaigning organisations with projects across digital communications, from audience engagement, individual giving, supporter journey optimisation to full digital mobilisation. Florian led on many of those projects, helping international charities and trade unions resolve key challenges in mobilisation.

In 2013 Florian co-founded Impact Stack, the mobilisation and engagement platform for progressive non-profits. He acts as the product manager and interface designer for the platform. His experience with software development, such as agile management practices, have shaped his work in the mobilisation space.

Florian has always made sharing his experience and supporting others a central element of his work. He has delivered presentations to the European Commission, international fundraising audiences and at advocacy events across the UK.
